SIA “Pilsētas mājas” specialises in apartment building management and provides comprehensive management services in accordance with clients’ wishes and legal requirements. The company focuses on its clients’ needs and regular, professional care of their properties. SIA “Pilsētas mājas” already manages 47 privately owned apartment buildings every day, with a total area of 158,500 m².

Gunta Tkačuka
A real estate management specialist with many years of experience, including at Latvia’s largest building management company. She began as a building supervisor, continued as deputy head of a regional unit in the capital, and later took on the challenge of heading the Building and Grounds Maintenance Department. A long-serving head of property repair and technical maintenance teams in state and municipal institutions and companies.
Knowledge and experience in building utilities enable effective property management and maintenance, preventing technical problems and ensuring sustainable operation, which is an essential aspect of real estate management and maintenance. Carefully planned and organised repairs are a very important way to prevent property emergencies.
