Projects and reviews

I can only say good things: communication is easy, small jobs were done without us having to ask because they noticed them themselves, and a solution is found for every situation. Everything happens as agreed. They are very accommodating! We signed the contract in January, and roof renovation began in July. The roof had been left in a terrible state while we waited for the previous managers to take action.
The amounts requested by the previous managers were astronomical too!
A great deal of humanity and understanding that residents want to live better. It is actions, rather than empty promises, that speak for those who get things done.
The price is reasonable too, not astronomical, and pensioners can afford it as well.
I recommend them 100%.
We received a recommendation from others and can say the same: excellent service and
customer care!!! It was the best choice for a better tomorrow. Thank you for being there for US

Thank you to the management of SIA Pilsētas mājas, who did not even need 30 days to put the household waste collection area in order and install mailboxes in each stairwell, as not all residents use the internet to submit messages and meter readings to the manager. We had been unable to achieve this with SIA RNP for many years.

Pilsētas mājas is a good property manager; many buildings in Zolitūde are currently switching to them. Our building already has. I recommend them.

Pilsētas mājas took over our building in April. Within four months, the LED lighting was replaced, we started paying less for household waste collection, and the coded entrance doors were repaired together with active residents. The stairs, which had practically collapsed under RNP, are now being repaired. And it is clear that this is only the beginning. I am very pleased with this manager and have also heard very good reviews from other Riga buildings that have switched to this manager.
